Should Coldwell Banker United or Jim Crary not perform the services, you are entitled to terminate the Buyer Representation Agreement. Written termination notice must state reason(s) for termination and must be presented by you, in person, to the Office Manager. You also agree to provide Coldwell Banker United with an opportunity to correct the situation within a 24 hour period following the delivery of the termination notice. If the Buyer Representation Agreement with you is terminated, the termination provisions of the Agreement shall apply.

We acknowledge that differences may occur in any transaction but we, at Coldwell Banker United, will deliver on the promises made by the Buyer Service Guarantee.
