Should Coldwell Banker United not perform the services, you are entitled to terminate the listing agreement on your property. Please keep in mind that various state and local regulations and practices may restrict some services, such as yard signs in the neighborhood. Written termination notice must state reason(s) for termination and must be presented by you, in person, to the Office Manager. You also agree to provide Coldwell Banker United with an opportunity to correct the situation within a 24 hour period following the delivery of the termination notice. If the exclusive listing agreement with you is terminated, the termination provisions of the exclusive listing agreement shall apply.

We acknowledge that differences may occur in any transaction but we, at Coldwell Banker United, will deliver on the promises made by the Seller Service Guarantee.
